ProActive Assist – Virtual assistant service.
During the work process, I refreshed the entire design of a product. As a result, instead of an outdated user experience platform, we received a modern website where everyone can find helpful information and manage their insurance benefits.
An updated interface made the service more modern and user-friendly. Besides, contemporary iconography allows clients to navigate the site’s pages quickly.
